Sending a Single File
Right on the file name and select "Send To.." A further menu will open. Select "New Email Message".
The file will then be added to a new email in MS Outlook as an attachment.
Sending Multiple Files via Email
If the files are in the same folder, hold down the the "Ctrl key" as you click each file name. When selected the file name highlights in Blue.
Right click on one one of the selected files and use the Send To... > New Email Message.
As with a single file, MS Outlook will open and show that all of the selected files have now been attached to a new email.
If you wish to send multiple files from different folders you need to use the Lima Clipboard.
Firstly, go to each file you wish to send and right-click "Add to Lima Clipboard". The clipboard will launch as the first file is added. However, you can always view the Lima Clipboard by right clicking anywhere in the Folder Contents window and selecting "View Lima Clipboard".
Working within the Lima Clipboard, hold down the "Ctrl Key" to select multiple files. (A blue horizontal background indicates that a file has been selected). Once you have selected all of the files you wish to email click the small envelope icon as shown below -
A new email will open with the selected files displayed as attachments.
